- Exchanges are accepted if product is received in a damaged state from shipping. Pictures must be provided within 48 hours.   

- No Refunds

- Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.

All content, including artwork, logos, and designs, is the property of Luna Love and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

We are not responsible for:  

- Delays or errors beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays).
